At Ushiv, we take great care in creating and packing each order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

• We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered products
• Items purchased during sale or at discounted prices
• Accessories (if applicable)

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• In case of damaged or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
